Methods of payment

The Momin Solutions LTD also trading as cabadmin and cabtree have chosen WorldPay to manage the processing of payments through our website. WorldPay’s e-commerce solutions are secure and easy to use. With WorldPay you are provided with a variety of options for payment such as Visa, MasterCard, Switch and all the major credit cards.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription within 30 days of the start date of your free trial subscription. For all refunds please email: info@cabadmin.com quoting your account reference number (this will have been emailed to you when you successfully applied for account), full name, start date of subscription and reason for cancellation. For a refund to be successful you must email within 30 days of the start of your subscription.

Cabtree Refund Policy

You must report any invalid jobs within 24 hours of the job passed to info@cabtree.com . We will investigate any reasonable claims for refunds for invalid jobs and cancel jobs within twenty four hours not to be included in monthly bill.

Other Payments’ Refund Policy

You may, however, cancel a payment made within 7 days of making the payment by sending an email to info@mominsolutions.co.uk quoting your reference number or by quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment. All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order. All refunds are subject to security controls and customers will need to give correct answers to security questions before refunds are made.
